About Us

Our Family Farm

The Goin Family has been producing fresh, ripe blueberries for Northern Indiana and the Chicago area for over 40 years. In 1980 Kevin, Pat and their two daughters, Nichole and Christina moved to the 80-acre farm in North Judson.

Over the years, we have kept busy with new plantings to provide great tasting, high quality blueberries for you to enjoy, raising our children and now grandchildren amongst the blueberry fields. We pride ourselves in being family-owned and operated. Our daughter Christina now works with us on the farm, handling our regulatory requirements and working in the market. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our grandchildren running through the blueberry fields and enjoying the delicious ripe blueberries.

2020 marks our 40th year in business. Whether it’s your first visit to pick blueberries, or you’re part of a family that’s been coming for generations, we look forward to celebrating with you.

Our Blueberries

We grow fresh, ripe cultivated blueberries for U-pick, ready-picked, and fresh pack wholesale customers.

We operate a modern picking and shipping facility as well as a ready picked and upick farm market. Our facility and fields are inspected and follow federal guidelines to ensure we are doing everything possible to provide a safe, healthy blueberry for all to enjoy. Our employees are also trained in food safety.

On the farm we have 10 varieties of blueberries which allow us to begin harvesting in late June and continues into August.
